Cancelling shifts

Once your timetable has been published, it will no longer be possible to cancel an appointment. You can only cancel an appointment if you are ill and can provide a doctor’s note confirming this.

If you are ill, please contact your coordinator and send an email to [email protected], or via the contact form in the Scoober application with the option “Sickness”.
