Contactless delivery to the costumer

In response to the latest global developments regarding the coronavirus, we will now offer contactless delivery for all orders paid for online.

Step 1

First, check the payment method. If the customer pays with cash, you can deliver their order as you normally would. If the customer has paid online, follow these steps:

When you arrive at the client’s home, place your delivery bag by their door.

Step 3

Unzip the bag and make it as easy as possible for the customer to pick up their order and remove it from the bag.

Step 4

Then ring the bell or knock on the customer’s door.

Step 5

After ringing the bell or knocking on the door, stand at least 1.5m away from the door.

Step 6

When the customer opens the door, greet him warmly.

Step 7

Ask the customer to pick up their order by taking it out of your delivery bag and wait for the door to close. Be sure to show the customer which order is correct, in case you have more than one in your backpack.

Step 8

As soon as the door closes, you can pick up your delivery bag and continue with your shift.
