Here are some rules to keep in mind during your turn:

Always park your bike near the restaurant and lock it. Make sure that the bike is not obstructing anyone else and that you comply with the restaurant’s rules and regulations.

As soon as you enter the restaurant, remove your backpack and greet the restaurant staff. Inform them which order you have come to pick up. Double-check the order on the app and on the receipt to confirm that you are picking up the correct order. Do not look inside the food containers and be careful with drinks.

Place the food in your backpack, ensuring it reaches the customer in good condition. Be very careful with pizzas. You can lengthen the zips at the front of your backpack so that you can carry the pizza boxes without any problems.

Deliver the food to the customer. Remember to always be polite, even if the person is not particularly chatty or friendly.
