2. Outfit
The way to access your equipment depends on the set up of your city. In addition to the branded backpack and jacket, make sure to wear jeans and closed shoes during your shift. During warm weather, smart shorts are also acceptable. Tracksuits or jogging pants are not allowed.
3. Getting your equipment
Hub-based: When you work in a city with a Hub, you will receive all your equipment there. You should pick the e-bike up at the Hub at the beginning of your shift and return it at the end.
Non-Hub based: You need to pick up a package at the Hub address containing all your equipment. This includes a Just Eat Takeaway.com backpack, jacket, polo, helmet (optional), and waterproof trousers. You will get a standard bike or e-bike to take home.
