Lisbon is a hybrid city, what does this mean?

It means that you have Hub and Hubless couriers, that is, that you always start your shift from the Hub if you are a Hub courier or within the Sign Up Area (Centralized area in your city) if you are a Hubless courier .
You can find the starting points of the shift on the map below, shaded in red. Make sure you are inside the Sign Up Area and that you start your Scoober app 5 minutes before your shift.
Below you can see the delivery areas of your city shaded in yellow. It is in the red and yellow areas that customers can place Scoober orders.

Restaurants like Pingo Doce, Joshua’s Shoarma, Portugália and others are marked with a black pin so you can always be close by.
