What is the gross hourly rate of the contract?


Your salary is not calculated per hour, but your salary is a fixed gross monthly salary based on the percentage of your working hours and divided into 12 payments.

Example for a 16 hour working week (40% working week) = 15.232€ x 40% = 6.092,80€ gross per year = 507,73€ gross per month, for twelve months, including the month of holidays.

Will I be able to get tips?

Yes, customers can tip in two ways: digitally, through our platform, or in cash directly from customers. As tips may be taxable and are subject to social security contributions, they are considered gross income.

Tips you receive digitally will be processed through payroll; they will be paid along with your monthly salary and their tax and social security components automatically processed and withheld through payroll. It is your responsibility to meet any tax liability in respect of cash tips.

Am I entitled to a night bonus?

Yes, the night bonus is provided for shifts from 22:00h to 06:00h and is an increase of 25% of your normal working hours.

Am I entitled to a holiday bonus?

Yes, you are entitled to a bonus of 100% of the price of your ordinary hourly rate for all hours worked on days considered public holidays (e.g. 12 October, 1 November, etc.). You will be paid your fixed gross monthly rate and all holiday hours for €8.5/h.

Am I entitled to compensation for bringing my own vehicle?

Yes, if you bring your own motorbike you will receive a compensation of €0.15 per kilometre driven.
