Starting your shift

Hub-based delivery drivers: Your shift will start at the location, where we expect you to arrive in full Just Eat Takeaway.com uniform. You will then drive to your assigned waiting area. Each city has its own waiting areas. This is where you will start your shift and where you will wait if you have no orders to deliver.

Your shift will start at your assigned waiting area. We expect you to have your cell phone fully charged and to be in full Just Eat Takeaway.com uniform, including t-shirt, jacket and backpack.

If your shift starts at 17:00, you will need to be online and en route by 17:00. That means you must either be in the waiting area or leaving the venue at that time in order to receive the first order of the day.

Please note that no sweatpants, sandals or flip-flops, or any type of cap or hat may be worn during your shift.

Once you start your turn, activate the “Currently working” button on iOS or “Play” on Android.
