- Before your shift: At headquarters or at your shift start address, activate the “Currently working” button on iOS or “Play” on Android.
- During your shift: Click on “Job list” in the main menu to see your first order and the next orders that will come in during your shift. Follow the route provided by the app to pick up the order and to reach the customer’s address. When you have made the delivery, click “Done”.
- After your turn: Once you have submitted your last order, deactivate the “Currently working” button on iOS or “Play” on Android.
Working overtime?
Occasionally an order may be delayed. For example, you may have to wait longer than expected at a restaurant. If this happens, report it to the live trading agent via chat and they will enter the relevant information into the system so that you can be paid for the extra time.
